Adelaide PDS provides project management specifically for power projects. We have managed many projects from the installation of padmount transformers, the installation of power infrastructure throughout a land division to the undergrounding of the power lines through a township.

For your peace of mind we tailor a project management plan to your specifications. The plan covers every aspect of the project including:

Once we have negotiated and agreed to the project management plan we implement, measure and control the project until completion whilst providing regular progress updates.
